Debriefing Testimonials

“Thankful for the ministry of Chris and Nancy Luppino. Their ministry in missionary care is not well-known or its significance not well understood. We are thankful for the two days we were able to spend with them this past week as they came to us to be a blessing to us. They definitely were a help and blessing to us as we get ready to return to the field.”

“The Luppinos were a tremendous blessing to us.  They loved us and listened to what we had to say with compassion, rather than judgment.  Their care helped us unpack many of our past struggles, not only from the mission field, but also from our past before going to the field.  Mission debriefing should not only be provided to all missionaries, but required for them so they can stay on field and serve effectively.”

– A missionary couple

The couple’s missionary debriefing” was very helpful to decompress an untangle things in our minds.”

What is debriefing?

During debriefing, we are asking the questions...

Where have you been?

How did things go during your last season of ministry? What was achieved? What successes should be acknowledged? What aspects fell short of expectations?

Where are you now?

How are you feeling at the moment? What are your current sources of stress? What responsibilities weigh on you? What accomplishments are bringing you joy? How are you handling this time of transition?

Where are you going?

Are there any upcoming changes in store for you? Do you require any assistance or resources? What are you eagerly anticipating? Do you feel ready for the next season of ministry?
